Kickstarting the year with purpose and a strong member-centred focus, NASCU successfully conducted a training on 30 January 2026 at Southern Sun Hotel in Lusaka, Zambia , aligned to the Cooperative Central Structure and the core values of the SACCO movement.
The training brought together over 40 participants from 11 SACCOs under the theme “Embedding a Member Care Culture in SACCOs.” Through experience-based and participatory learning, participants were equipped with practical tools to lead with empathy, strengthen service delivery, and place members at the centre of decision-making and operations.
NASCU extends its sincere appreciation to all SACCOs for their unwavering support and active participation. We remain committed to empowering SACCO leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to better serve their members and to build stronger, more responsive SACCOs that advance financial inclusion.
